IL - Exterior Concrete Repair Case Study

Problem:

A Chicago company contacted us about an exterior trip hazard located at an employee's entrance.

Initial Review:

We met with the client immediately since this was a safety concern for their employees.  In addition to the repair being located at an employee entrance that could not be shut down, it was January and bitter cold.  We submitted a proposal that specified using a quick cure type 5 concrete.

Work Performed:

We removed all of the failing concrete installed pins and form poured the new concrete stoop.  The repairs were completed in one business day without closing access to the employee entrance.

Final Result:

The client was completely satisfied with our responsive service and the fact that the potential for a workman's compensation claim or safety write up had been eliminated.
