Cove Base Systems

Busy Beaver Inc. offers many types of cove, including both Radius Cove and 45 degree Angle Cove options for your concrete flooring needs.

Radius Cove
Radius coves are installed in most food and beverage facilities. Typically coves are placed at the intersection of the floor and wall, where dirt is most likely to collect. This system consists of a radius curve at the wall and floor intersection, typically four inches or more above the floor.

45 Degree Angle Cove
Angle coves are typically installed in food production facilities and chemical processing facilities, as cleanliness is essential to both environments. Angle coves are typically built at a 45 degree angle between the floor and wall intersection. The cove is approximately two inches out from the wall and two inches up the wall.

Contact us today to determine which cove option is right for your environment. We’ll work with you to develop a plan that works within your time frame and budget.
