 Busy Beaver Inc. offers many different types of urethane coatings:

Solvent Borne - gloss finish
In environments where superior abrasion resistance is needed, urethanes provide the best wear resistance. Typically these urethanes are applied in high traffic aisles, production areas, or truck loading docks. These urethanes use solvents as the carrier for urethane resins, which may be cause for concern when evaluating urethane options, due to the solvent odor.

Chemical Resistant - gloss finish
Chemical resistant urethanes are used where chemical exposure is a concern, such as areas around printing presses, chemical wash areas, and degreasing rooms. These urethanes are solvent based as a carrier. In most cases the room can be ventilated in a timely fashion.

100% Solids - gloss finish
Similar to solvent borne urethanes, 100% solids urethanes are used in environments where superior abrasion resistance is required. Low odor 100% solids urethane options are available.

High Wear - matte finish
High wear urethanes, whether Solvent Borne or 100% Solids, use basic urethane technology, and add ceramic fillers. These fillers make the finish cured product a much harder and more wear resistant surface.
